Danica Harmer, RMT At this time, Danica is no longer taking new patients through One Branch Therapeutic Wellness. It is with both gratitude and pride that One Branch Therapeutic Wellness says goodbye to Danica Harmer, RMT, who has been with us since the early days of the clinic. Danica is taking the next step in her professional journey and opening her own independent practice. We fully support her decision and are pleased to share that she will continue practicing at our original Dolphin Street location the same space where many of you have received care over the past several years. While you will not see Danica at our new clinic location, she remains in the community and continues to serve her established clientele independently. We thank Danica for her dedication, professionalism, and the care she has provided to so many of our patients, and we wish her continued success as she builds her own practice. We’ll love you, we’ll miss you and we wish you success. Danica Harmer is a Registered Massage Therapist practicing exclusively at the Sechelt location of One Branch Therapeutic Wellness. She graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2021 and moved to the Sunshine Coast shortly thereafter to begin her clinical practice. Danica provides stress- and trauma-informed massage therapy, with a focus on creating a treatment environment that feels calm, respectful, and well-paced. Her work emphasizes therapeutic techniques that address physical discomfort while also supporting mental relaxation and nervous system regulation. Danica believes that effective care begins with understanding the individual. Each treatment is tailored to the client’s presentation and goals, with attention given to both immediate concerns and longer-term recovery. She also incorporates patient education where appropriate, supporting clients in understanding their bodies and maintaining progress between visits. Danica treats a range of presentations including chronic pain, injury recovery, and stress-related tension. Her approach is grounded in professional standards and evidence-informed practice. Please note: Danica is not currently accepting new patients. She continues to work with her existing clientele at the Sechelt clinic only.
